Get to know Brea

Brea (she/her) is a human rights advocate with a passion for social justice. Born and raised on Yorta-Yorta Country, she now lives and works on the lands of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin nation.

Driven by her own experience of youth homelessness, Brea discovered the power of advocacy. During her final year of high school, she experienced homelessness and was housed in a supportive housing program. Living alongside 39 other young people from diverse backgrounds experiencing hardship, Brea witnessed the power of community and the importance of tackling inequality. This ignited her passion for becoming a
voice for those who are marginalised.
